Coreside designs and supplies architectural wall panelling for interior designers, architects and the trade in Ireland. You send us the room. We send back the drawing, the specification and the material.
Most wall panelling is sold by the metre. You choose a moulding from a catalogue, someone estimates a quantity, and the proportions get worked out on site by a carpenter with a tape measure and an opinion.
We work the other way round. Send us a floor plan, a set of elevations, or just the dimensions and a photograph of the room. We'll draw the panelling to that specific wall — heights, panel widths, margins, how it meets the skirting, what happens at the door — and supply exactly the profiles and sheet material needed to build it.
Everything is drawn before anything is cut. Your carpenter works from an elevation instead of a guess, and the room looks the way you specified it.
The cheapest change you can make to a room.
Materials for a typical 4m × 4m room start at around five hundred euro. Less than a light fitting. Less than a rug. And unlike either, it changes the architecture of the room.
Drawn to the room, not sold by the metre
Panelling either looks designed or it looks stuck on, and the difference is almost never the moulding. It's the proportions. We set out every wall before anything is ordered, so panel widths, dado height and margins are resolved on paper while they're still free to change.
One specification, one delivery, one contact
Profiles, sheet material, skirting and rails arrive together, on a date, offloaded by us. No merchant runs, no three suppliers, no half a job waiting on a back-order.
Your carpenter gets an elevation
A dimensioned drawing per wall, with a component schedule and quantities. Nothing to interpret, nothing to decide on site. Fewer questions to you, and fewer of the small errors that only become visible after painting.
Consistency across a whole house
The same system runs from hall to landing to reception room, with the proportions adjusted for each ceiling height. Rooms relate to each other instead of each being solved separately.
What we don't do: we don't fit and we don't paint. Panelling is supplied primed, ready for a decorator. We're happy to recommend people for both.
From a floor plan to a delivery in about a week.
Send us the room.
Floor plan and elevations if you have them. If not: wall dimensions, ceiling height, and a photograph. Note anything on the wall — sockets, radiators, a chimney breast, a stair string.
We draw the scheme.
A dimensioned elevation for each wall, with the collection and profiles you've chosen. Usually back with you in two to three working days.
You mark it up.
Change heights, panel divisions, which walls are treated. We redraw. This is the point where changes cost nothing.
Specification and quotation.
Final drawings, component schedule, quantities and price.
Delivered to site.
Five to seven working days from order. Delivered on our own van and offloaded by us.
Design and drawings are provided free of charge on supply projects.

Each collection is a set of profiles proportioned to work together — panel mould, dado rail and skirting, plus the setting-out rules that make them sit correctly on a wall. Choose the character; the details are already resolved.

Panelling fails on setting-out far more often than on product. These are the rules we work to.

Anyone can panel a flat wall. Every scheme we draw resolves the junctions before the carpenter reaches them.

Component schedule
Every profile and sheet, with codes, section sizes, lengths and quantities. The page your carpenter orders from and your quantity surveyor prices from.
Quotation
Priced line by line against the schedule, so it can be checked, cut back or extended without a phone call.
Revisions are free until you're happy with the scheme.
